By means of this Privacy Policy we explain how LUCKY LABS LP ("Company" or "we" or "us") process Personal Data from our users ("You") when you interact with PERIOD TRACKER, including through our website and/or mobile app (PERIOD TRACKER). It also shows what kind of personal data we process, how your personal data is processed and what choices you have relating to your personal data, and how you can contact us. We do care about your Personal Data.
We reserve the right to and may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you either by email about it or through the App. Please review our Website and the App for the latest updates on our data privacy practices. Personal Data we may collect automatically
When you access or use our Application we may automatically process the following information:

- some other unique identifiers (such as IDFA and AAID)
Data from external sources: We may use third-party tools like Apple, Facebook/Google Analytics, Appfigures, Amplitude, Firebase, Appsflyer, Qonversion, Apphud that provide us some of your attribution data that we further utilize to customize and personalize your App experience, for improving the Application and serving the Ads. We also use such data for statistical purposes and analytics.

WE FOLLOW THE NEXT PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING:
- PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT LAWFULLY, FAIRLY AND IN TRANSPARENT MANNER. So we do care about your personal data that is why we explain what for we need some kind of your data, in what way we should process it and in what way you could refuse to let us process any of your data.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
WHEN YOU USE THE APP
We will process/see your Data as long as our App is active on your Device or needed to provide you Services and only for as long as it serves purposes of processing identified in this Privacy Policy.
AFTER YOU STOP USING THE APP
If you choose to delete the App, please be informed all the Data shall disappear and we will no longer see or process it. You should be aware that we or the named third parties may retain certain Personal Data and other information after you delete the App as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
THIRD PARTIES PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not share your personal data with any third-parties except those directly named in this Privacy Policy. The list of such third parties you can find in Section above: "PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT".
For example we may share some of your non-health Personal Data with AppsFlyer, a mobile marketing platform. By using AppsFlyer we can be listed to a marketing campaign and media source AppsFlyer does and it helps us to increase our users, to improve the Services we can provide you.
We would like you to know that at any time you can opt-out or influence personalized advertising.
How to activate opt-out option:
iOS: On your iPhone or iPad, go to "Settings," then "Privacy" and tap "Advertising" to select "Limit Ad Track". In addition, you can reset your advertising identifier (this also may help you to see less of personalized ads) in the same section.

HOW "DO NOT TRACK" REQUESTS ARE HANDLED
Our Service does not support "Do Not Track" requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services it uses honor the "Do Not Track" requests, please read their privacy policies.
